Jeff Beck - Blow By Blow shootout.

In 2015 after picking up the (then new) Analogue Productions 45 RPM QRP pressing, I decided to rip all five versions of this legendary album that I own:

  • White Label Promo (1975)
  • Quadraphonic (1975)
  • CBS Half-speed Master (1980, mastered by Vlado Meller)
  • Friday Music (2009, mastered by Kevin Gray)
  • Analogue Production 45 RPM (2015, mastered by Ryan K. Smith)

All were ripped on the same setup, most of which I no longer use except for the cartridge and preamp.

Pro-Ject RPM 1.3 [hall sensor tachometer speed verified]
AudioTechnica AT33PTG/II phono cartridge
PS Audio NuWave Phono Converter [60 ohm, 69dB, .6mV]
Sony PCM-M10 [capture @ 24-bit / 96kHZ]

You can check them out here, although I resampled and dithered to 16-bit 44.1kHz, not sure everyone wants the big files. These are not split into tracks, single 16/44 flac per album. You can make your own splits or cue with your favorite software.

Filefactory folder here.

PW is analogue

Thank you! Is there a way you would share 24-96 split version of Quad LP rip?
